Stockport RUFC Mini and Midi Rugby Tournament, 7^th October 2007

Please find enclosed a local map showing the location of Stockport RUFC. Directions => Link

Please supply the names of two coaches from your team, these names will be a list at the main entrance and only those two team coaches will be able to park at Stockport RUFC. Registration forms are here

Because we have experienced difficulties accommodating large numbers of vehicles in the past we have again this year, been offered the use of the Hazel Grove High School (Recreation Centre) car park on Jacksons Lane. This is clearly marked on the attached plans and we would ask you to encourage all parents and spectators to use this car park. Link => Here

We know that in previous years a small amount of parents thought the walk down was unacceptable; however we would be grateful if you could point the walk out to the parents so that they can plan this into their time schedule & aim to arrive in the car park no later than 9.45 to 10am.

The walk back to the Ground via Jacksons Lane and Wallbank Road takes 10 minutes. (15mins for the less able among us!) Please advise if you have anyone who requires a disabled parking space.

Signs will be posted, as you near the ground and Marshals will be in attendance.

N.B. For those people who do not wish to park at the High School, we would like to point out that there is strictly NO PARKING on: -

Headlands Road (coned off)

Bridge Lane (cycle lanes)

Wallbank Road (Private road)
